The HooDoo War shooting was on Ft. McKavitt Street in 1875 killing Mr. Hoerster. The December 18th possibly 19th shooting at the same location hit Alice thru a plate glass window. The shot was fired from Highway 87 some time before or after midnight. It went through the window and into Alice the dress shop manikin. Alice remains in tact as she suffered only a flesh wound. No suspects have been apprehended according to the dress shop owners.

All kidding aside folks......what if Alice had been a living, breathing human being? How did the shooter know there wasn’t someone actually living at 411 Ft. McKavitt? As a matter of fact, there is someone who may have been working there late that night. Good thing it wasn’t THAT night.

And, it seems there has been more than one shooting on Highway 87 over the past month. If anyone has any insight into these shootings, it would be wise on their part to report their suspicions. Any help would be appreciated.

P.S. Alice has fully recuperated from her ordeal and is back at her normal gig although she has been removed from front and center in the window.
