Hill Country Telecommunications Welcomed to the Square

Hill Country Telecommunications hosted a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting with the Mason Chamber of Commerce on March 25

th at their new retail store located at 100 Ft. McKavitt on town square. Hill Country provides state-of-the-art communications services such as Internet bandwidth of up to 1Gb, private network connectivity, on-line data storage and voice over IP (Internet Protocol) using a fiber network that fully integrates with the existing WiMAX wireless network.

In addition to telecommunications services, Hill Country also offers Security Alarm and iFix Technical Support services in Mason and surrounding areas. Available for lease or purchase, Hill Country’s security and medical alert systems include 24/7 remote monitoring by licensed professionals. iFix offers onsite or in-shop technical support for computer and electronics hardware and software repair, spam and virus prevention removal, home/business network setup and maintenance, home theatre setup, as well as website design and hosting.

Hill Country Telecommunications is a subsidiary of Hill Country Telephone Cooperative which is the third largest telephone cooperative in the state of Texas, serving 15 exchanges in 14 counties with over 2,900 square miles of rugged Hill Country terrain. Hill Country also provides telecommunications services in Kerrville with a retail store located at 1700 Sidney Baker, Suite 320 (in the Kerrville Chamber Office Building).
