Hill Country CattleWomen 25th Annual Style Show & Luncheon

The Hill Country CattleWomen want to announce their 26th Annual Style Show and Luncheon to be held on Tuesday, April 13th at the Inn of the Hills Resort and Conference Center in Kerrville. HCCW is a chapter of Texas CattleWomen and represents 14 counties: Bandera, Blanco, Edwards, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Llano, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, Real, Northern Bexar and San Saba, Members and guests are invited to come and enjoy the latest in summer fashions presented by area boutiques, with a great beef luncheon, and lots of fun. The Champagne Cowboys are ready to go and there will be lots of bidding going on with an outstanding Silent Auction, and Raffle, and a Live Auction hosted by the fun and handsome Jeff Owen, Auctioneer.

The proceeds from this annual fundraiser will go to our Scholarship Fund and will be awarded to applicants from the above counties who are a college level Junior or above, and who maintain a 3.0 GPA. 2009 Scholarships were awarded to: Carlos A. Marquez of Comfort, Katie Kidd and Madelon Osbourne of Menard, Stephanie Grafe and Collin Coale of Boerne, Casey Jenkins and Krista Troy of Llano, Leigh Anne Lake of Harper, and Malissa Rector of San Antonio.

Applications for the 2010 Scholarships can be obtained by contacting Scholarship Chair Erin Worrell at (830) 864-5161 or and need to be submitted before June 1st.

The theme for this years Style Show and Luncheon will be "Denim & Diamonds" and there will be a "Bling Award" which will be presented to the individual most appropriately dressed or accessorized to our theme. Tickets are priced at $25.00 for individuals and the public is invited. Please contact Mary Jane Morrison at 830-249-0855 for information and tickets. Join us in all your "Bling" starting at 10AM on Tuesday, April 13th for bidding and visiting, with the Champagne Cowboys popping corks at 10:30. Hope to see you there!
