The first Bluebonnet Quilt Show to benefit Bluebonnet Casa sponsored by the Voca Quilting Club will be held Saturday, April 17, 2010, in the Voca Schoolhouse & Community Center, County Road 1851, Voca, Texas. The time for the show will be 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Admission is $3.00. Door Prizes will be given to lucky attendees. All proceeds go to Bluebonnet Casa.

Quilt Divisions: Contemporary, Hand Quilted; Contemporary, Machine Quilted; Antique; Wall Hangings, Applique, Youth. Contemporary quilts are "new" quilts that are no more than 50 years old. Antique quilts are those made prior to 1959. Wall Hangings include crib quilts, lap quilts, and other quilted items smaller than 50" in width. There will be a special division for "Juniors" - ages 16 and under. Please enter your quilt in the division that you feel best describes your quilt.
Special Information: The Quilt Show is open to all who wish to enter. You may be the owner of the quilt, but not necessarily the maker. Quilts will be judged by People's Choice. Vendors will be participating in our show, for your shopping pleasure.
Deadline For Entries: Please mail your entries to LeeAnn Moore, 201 Kansas, Brady, Texas 76825. They may be emailed to: LeeAnn Moore (firstname.lastname@example.org). The deadline for entries is Monday, April 12, 2010.
Delivery of Quilts: Please deliver your quilt to the Voca Schoolhouse and Community Center on Wednesday, April 15, 2010, between the hours of 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. There is no fee for entering your quilts. All quilts should be clean and free from odor.
Pick-up of Quilts: Quilts must be picked up on Saturday after the Quilt Show between 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm unless prior arrangements have been made. No exceptions to pick up quilts before 4:30. You must have your receipt in order to pick up your quilt. Please do not ask someone else to pick up your quilt without your receipt. This is for your protection. Your quilt is precious and we ask that you follow these guidelines. Please note: the doors will be closed promptly at 4:00 pm. If you plan to come to the Quilt Show late in the day, you will be asked to leave the building while the quilts are being taken down.
Liability: The Voca Community Center or Voca Quilting Club will not be responsible for loss, damage, or theft if items.
