Attention Employers! Looking for good workers but aren't sure you can afford to hire right now?

Workforce Solutions of the Concho Valley may have just the program you need.

Texas Back to Work offers cash incentives for hiring out-of-work Texans.

Texas Back to Work is a new wage-subsidy program from the Texas Workforce Commission administered through Workforce Solutions of the Concho Valley.

When you hire from a qualified pool of unemployed Texas workers, your business may be eligible to receive up to $2,000. The monthly subsidies are provided during the first four months of employment. Newly hired workers who were receiving unemployment benefits may qualify you for this cash incentive.

Workforce Solutions Employer Service Representatives can help you identify qualified job seekers and offer recruitment and prescreening of eligible applicants.
