The Mason County Historical Society will have its annual membership meeting on August 17, 2010 at 7 p.m. in the Mason School Cafeteria. Please mark your calendars and plan to attend.
In addition to the opportunity to renew your membership or join the Historical Society, you will be treated to an interesting and informative overview of the activities of the Historical Society and the three county museums over the past year. The featured speaker for the evening will be Donna Ingham, a noted Texas author and ‘teller of tales’, who will speak on the subject of "The Lost San Saba Silver Mines." It promises to be an enjoyable evening and all are welcome.
