Tarleton Releases Spring 2010 Graduation Lists

STEPHENVILLE, TX (07/14/2010)— Tarleton State University’s spring commencement was held May 15. The following candidates have satisfactorily met the university’s requirements for their individual degree programs and have been awarded their diplomas.Honor designations for undergraduate degrees are: Summa Cum Laude (Highest Honors), Magna Cum Laude (High Honors) and Cum Laude (Honors).

John Remini of Brady, graduated from Tarleton State University with a BS degree in Exercise and Sport Studies from the university’s Stephenville campus. Honors: Magna Cum Laude

Kristi Sagebiel of Fredericksburg, graduated from Tarleton State University with a BS degree in Animal Science from the university’s Stephenville campus.

Kurt Hofmann of Mason, graduated from Tarleton State University with a BS degree in Engineering Physics from the university’s Stephenville campus.

Founded in 1899, Tarleton is one of the fastest growing institutions of higher learning in Texas. Just one hour, Tarleton serves as the educational and cultural flagship of the Cross Timbers Region. It is located in Stephenville, which is included in Norman Crampton’s "The 100 Best Small Towns in America" published by Prentice Hall.
