On Thursday, December 9, Roy Lehmberg’s surrey, covered with Christmas lights, gave a cheerful "Welcome" as guests arrived for the FAAHC Christmas party at the home of Dana and Denwood Butler’s Ranchito de Venado.

Sisters Catering provided a hearty and elegant meal of hot Crab Imperial, wood grilled Pork Tenderloin, Thai Chicken Balls and Asparagus Roll-ups. This was followed by a dessert of Amaretto Chocolate Truffle Brownies and Orange Cranberry Pound Cake with Orange Butter Sauce.

Carol Holmes and Diane Evans lead some mighty fine voices in rounds of Christmas songs before the evening drew to a close.

Next year, we would like to follow the meal with a Talent Show. Those of you who are so inclined, start planning your performance!
