Reminder: Immigration Seminar Thursday

On Thursday, February 17, Mason ISD Community Education is sponsoring a free, informative seminar on the topic of immigration issues, beginning at 6:00 p.m.

Dr. Jesus Romero will present: "All You Need to Know About Current Immigration Issues and Their Impact on Our Communities" at the Mason High School Auditorium. Part 1 is a General Session in English from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Justin McFarland’s Spanish students will host refreshments following the General Session.

The seminar will continue with Part 2 from 7:15 to 8:30 p.m. The second session will be conducted in Spanish for immigrants on the citizenship process. Dr. Romero’s purpose will be to provide unbiased immigration information to the community.
