The Mason Lions Club met Tuesday, March 22nd, for its regular weekly luncheon meeting. There were 40 members and five visitors in attendance. Among the visitors were two Mason High School seniors, Kambrey Hudson and Dillon Estes.

Lion Fritz Landers was responsible for the program and he introduced six students from Grace Christian School who made presentations that they will later be making at their national conference in Tulsa, Oklahoma in May.

There were skits, essay writing and dialogues performed. These students did very well for their first time to publicly present their material.

The club's next meeting will be held Tuesday, March 29th, at noon at Zavala's. The program chairman will be Jack Lee.

The Mason Lions has an ongoing program to recycle used eyeglasses to people who need them. Used eyeglasses may be given to any Lion or left in collection boxes at any of the local banks. Also, please contact any Mason Lion if you know of anyone in our community unable to afford appropriate eye care.
