Tres Caminos.Tres Caminos.Tres Caminos.There.I said it tres times.Lo siento.Lo siento.Lo siento.There.I’m sorry three times.Silly me.Rollie Morgan of RPM Painting told me I incorrectly referred to the eatery in my column as Tres Amigos.Three Friends.Wrong.It’s Three Roads.Apparently I did this—not once.But dos.So, tres is the charm.Perdoneme!Fortunately my mistake never affected their tasty food.Muy delicioso.Some people can’t live without their breakfast tacos.As in…every morning.For breakfast.Si, verdad.Porque no?As the saying goes:Un taco que un dia mantiene al medico lejos.Tres Caminos serves lunch too.It’s located on Koocksville Road, camino uno.Located right behind Dairy Queen.Just off the second camino, Brady Highway.Where the third camino, Avenue F, dead-ends.Look for a little red place.It might be pequenos, but they have una seleccion grande.Uno, dos, tres…Andale!Vayamos a Tres Caminos.And bring your friends.Buen Apetito, amigo.That’s Mason.Renee Walker is an author, poet, and real estate broker on the square.
