We are getting ready for the 46th Annual Round-up weekend and we need your HELP to make this year a great success!! The date of this BIG Mason event is July 9th 2011. If you or your organization are interested in having a booth on the Court House Lawn, a float in the Parade, or want to enter the “Great American Burro Race” we need you to come by the Chamber office and pick up an application. The date of this event is approaching very quickly and we want this to be a great experience for everyone so we need everyone to pull together as a community and submit all information in a timely manner. Here is some additional information about the parade. The categories for the floats are:Out of Town Float, Civic Float, Business Float, Antique car, Animal, Music, Out of Town car, Civic car, Business Car, Gold cart and Child’s Division. Please provide the Announcer information as well, this has a 25 word limit. The line up will be on Post Hill between the jail and Hemphill’s Insurance on the South Side of the square, Line up at 7:30 am and judging to begin at 9am.
