The new Riata cookbook, REFLECTIONS IN TIME . . . CELEBRATING 60 YEARS, has arrived. Those who purchased during the ‘pre-sale’ period may pickup their book or books this Thursday and Friday (June 16th and 17th) afternoons between 2:00 until 5:00 at the fellowship hall of the First United Methodist Church.For those persons who did not purchase a cookbook early, you may purchase cookbooks at many of the same retail stores who have stocked the other Riata cookbooks in the past. Cookbooks may also be purchased by contacting Riata members Tess Geistweidt (347-6154) or Amy Capps (347-6877). Proceeds from the sale of the cookbooks are used to support community projects and charities in Mason County. The cookbooks will also be available at RoundUp at the Riata pie booth. The membership of Riata always appreciates the support and interest from the great folks in Mason. Watch for other Riata articles which will give more information as to the contents of the cookbook.
