Bible Baptist Church Recognizes Michael Jaquez

On Wednesday May 25, 2011, at 7 p.m., Bible Baptist Church honored its only graduate, Micheal Jaquez, from Junior High School with a graduation sermon and meal. Joshua Ray Jaquez gave a sermon on how life in high school can be with the Lord reference to Proverbs 3:5-6. Michael was the honored guest of the night and was presented with a new Ryrie Study Bible a few weeks ago, and on this night, was presented with a card and gift. Michael is the son of Phillip and Aimee Jaquez and brother to Bianca. Mason City Commissioner, Tammy Gardner, celebrated her birthday with her family and church. She too was presented with a card and gift. The Lord was wonderful to bless as special guest include: Pacific Baptist College Pastors, Members, Leaders, and students from Pomona, California. Assistant to the President of Pacific Baptist College/Outreach Mr. Christian Torres and family: wife Brittany 2 daughters Kylie & Khloe, Assistant Director of Operations Mr. Steve Reisner and family: wife Kathy, daughter Brittany, and son Joseph. Also joining on this trip were 3 PBC Students. Local special guests were Pastor Art Nelms and wife Vicki of El Divino Salvador Baptist Church and several church members. The evening was such a blessing with music and Sermons glorifying and honoring our Lord Jesus Christ. Afterwards all who attended gathered downstairs for a meal honoring Michael Jaquez through Jesus Christ for his accomplishments.
