Wednesday, August 17, 2011 • Posted August 17, 2011

Commemorate someone special and support the library. Have you noticed the sidewalk bricks in front of the Mason County M. Beven Eckert Library? It is time for The Friends of the Library to lay more of these commemorative paving bricks. Whose name would you like to see memorialized? This is a wonderful way to honor a loved one, a special occasion or a favorite pet. There is a special military section where you may honor those who have or currently are serving in the military. Each brick also provides needed funds for the Library to purchase new books in various formats, provide computers, internet and many other services at a time when funding from the state is being cut back . To order a brick go to the Library and fill out the simple form. Each brick costs $40 and supports our library. Place you order by Sept. 30th for installation this fall.Questions?
