ACE After School Program Resumes August 29th
Wednesday, August 24, 2011 • Posted August 24, 2011

Are you looking for a safe, fun and enriching afterschool program for your K-8th grade students? The ACE program offers all this and more beginning on August 29th. We meet immediately after school Monday through Thursday (at 3:15 for K-4th and at 3:30 for 5th -8th) and the program ends at 6:15. A healthy snack is served each day and transportation home is provided for most students. Students will complete their homework and then we’ll have some math and reading games as well as enrichment opportunities in art, music, dance, fitness and sports, nutrition, and much more. This year we are expanding our Junior High program to include BEFORE school homework assistance. Junior High students can come to the library from 7:30 to 7:50 on Monday through Thursday to receive additional help with homework. Enrollment forms are available in the elementary/junior high school office. If you have questions, please contact Cindy Powell or Jane Vargas at 347-1122, ext 240.
