JV Punchers Score Third Win
Wednesday, September 14, 2011 • Posted September 14, 2011

The Punchers JV collected their third win of the season over the Comfort Bobcats. The Punchers put together a 42-6 victory last Thursday night with an impressive offensive and defensive effort. Some impressive efforts to note were Darron Del Torro on the offensive side of the ball stepping in for the injured Kyle Zavala. Great blocking by Darron and other lineman made it possible for Eduardo Villerreal to have a big night rushing the ball. Defensive stand outs included Rylee Owens, James Perlicheck, and a big hit by Jack Graves. It was a great total effort and a team victory. Come see the JV Punchers take on the Winters Blizzards this Thursday night September 15, 2011, following the 7th and 8th grade games.
