Wednesday, July 2, 2008 • Posted July 2, 2008

The Fine Arts Association of the Hill Country presents their officers for the 2008-2009 year. Pictured left to right are: Dana Butler, Vice President; Judy Uherek, Publicity; Nancy Sterling, Secretary; Carol Kothmann, Treasurer; Martha Kothmann, President and Sue Kaan, the member whose art work won the “People’s Choice Award” at the first ever Annual Art Show held in May.

The ladies are introducing the new T-Shirts that are now on sale at The Cat’s Meow. The shirts list London, Paris, New York and Mason on the front. Mason is printed in Purple, of course, for our Mason Punchers. The association represents artists in Brady, Junction and Menard, also. Their shirts will have their respective town and color choice.

The shirts sale for $20 each and a scholarship fund has been set up to accept all sales proceeds. These monies will benefit scholarships for students in the four counties that the association represents.

FAAHC officers and members say “thank you” to Cathy and Bob Terrell for their continued support of this group and their help in giving the new shirts are place on the Mason square to be seen and purchased!

Stop by The Cat’s Meow and add to your wardrobe and enjoy a wonderful lunch while you are there. Promoting Mason, Texas, is always such a good thing!
