Tickets on Sale for Indoor Gospel Roots Concert in Frederkicksburg at Pioneer Museum on Oct 22

Limited tickets are now on sale for a night of gospel, soul, and spirit dancing at the Indoor Encore Gospel Night at the Pioneer Museum in Fredericksburg on Saturday, Oct 22.This special Roots Music concert will be held indoors at the Historic Sanctuary of the Pioneer Museum and features three musical acts:7:00-7:15pm Jessica HydeA new singer from Austin making her Fredericksburg debut.7:20-8:10pm Brennen Leigh TrioAustin-based Leigh has been hailed as a dazzling young artist with an authentic voice for bluegrass, country, Texas swing, and Irish folk. Leigh will be doing a Gospel set she performs at Threadgill’s in Austin.8:30-9:20pm Barnett Chapel United Methodist Church Choir & Spirit Dancers, KerrvilleSingers from the oldest African-American churches in the area will present a concert of gospel and spirituals, featuring accompanied and a cappella choir, solos, and a special praise dance choreographed for this concert by Lorraine LeMon.Doors open at 6 p.m. Beer, wine, water, and sodas will be for sale. The former Sanctuary is located at 312 W. San Antonio Street in Fredericksburg. Seating is limited for this indoor concert. Tickets are $15 per person and available online at www.pioneermuseum.net. Children under 17 admitted free.Roots Music is a series of live, open-air eclectic Roots music concerts on the grounds of the Pioneer Museum on Main Street in Fredericksburg, Texas. Concerts feature both emerging and established artists in an informal, family setting.
