Zenner-King Exchange Marriage Vows June 25

Amber King and Chad Zenner exchanged marriage vows on Saturday, June 25, 2011, at 4 p.m. in Holy Ghost Lutheran Church with the Rev. Bobby Vitek officiating.The bride is the daughter of Lisa Goehmann and Ronny Arnold of Mason and Gary and Lisa King of Fredericksburg, and the granddaughter of Larry and Audrey Goehmann and Pat Loth all of Fredericksburg, the late C.G. and Dorothy King and the late Tex Loth.She is a 2004 graduate of Mason High School and a 2007 graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical science. She earned a doctorate of pharmacy degree from the University of Houston in 2011. She is employed by HEB Pharmacy.The groom is the son of Jimmy and Peggy Reichenau of Fredericksburg and the late Freddie Zenner, and the grandson of the late Otto and Julia Staudt.He is a 2003 graduate of Fredericksburg High School and a 2008 graduate of the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor with a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise and sport science. Bernice Basse was the organist for the ceremony.For her wedding the bride wore an ivory satin strapless gown with rosettes trimming the neckline. The skirt fell into a chapel-length train. She wore a fingertip-length mantilla lace veil in ivory.Mary Perry was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Staci Haverland, Kristi Creath, Jessica Centanni, Sarah Starry, Meghan Dunn, Emily Dunn, Sarah Dunn and Hanna Dunn. They wore cypress-colored short J.Crew halter dresses.Liv Haverland and Ali Haverland, daughters of Mark and Staci Haverland, were the flower girls.Jake Sears was the best man. Groomsmen were Austen King, Mark Haverland, Jordan Hataway, Adam Klein, Eric Schoenert, Tim Fisher, Scott Staudt and Kyle Staudt.Aaron Goehmann and Asher Goehmann, sons of Mark and Penny Goehmann and Anden King, son of Austen King and Meagan Denton, were the ring bearers.Serving as ushers were Walker Putnam and Kevin Straube.A reception dinner and dance followed the ceremony at Marketplatz.The bride’s cake was a white four-tiered confection with cream cheese and peach filling. The cake was covered in fondant and accented with fresh cream-colored flowers. The chocolate groom’s cake was in the shape of a football and made by a dear family friend, Tana Hofmann.Following a wedding trip to Antigua, the couple is making their home in Boerne. The groom’s parents hosted the rehearsal dinner at their home on June 24.
