Eddie R. (Johnnie) Tedder, 102, of Brady, died Friday, June 27, 2008 in Brady.

Funeral services were held at 10a.m., Monday, June 30, at Brady Presbyterian Church with Rev. Brian Wiggins officiating. Burial followed at Fife Cemetery with services under the direction of Leatherwood Memorial Chapels.

She was born July 30, 1905, in Rochelle, to Frank and Bertha (Cox) Ranne. She married Dewey Tedder in 1923 in Brady.

She was a homemaker and a member of Brady Presbyterian Church. She moved back to the Fife area in the early '60s and then to Brady in 1980. She loved to cook, garden, sew and play bridge.

Survivors include a brother, Woodrow Ranne and wife, Lucille, of Comfort; two sisters, Joanna Riley and husband, Joe of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Tommie Lee Floyd of Brunswick, Ga.; many nieces and nephews, including Patsy Hubbard and husband, Charlie, of Fredonia; a niece and special friend, Mary Lou Byrd of Brady and a great-niece, Paula Ray and husband, Mickey, of Midland.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and three infant sons.

Pallbearers were Steve Byrd, Mike Finley, Jim Bob Roddie, Buzz Roddie, Jay Tedder and Glenn Miller.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Fife Cemetery Association.
