Bluebonnet CASA Congratulates the Texas CASA 2011 "Big Voice for Little Texans Judge of the Year", R

Judge Rob Hofmann, Judge assigned to the Texas Child Protection Court of the Hill Country has been named the 2011 Big Voice for Little Texans Judge of the Year by Texas Court Appointed Special Advocates (Texas CASA). Judge Hofmann received his award at the 22nd annual Texas CASA conference. The 2011 conference “Improving Outcomes for Children” was held in San Marcos. Currently there are 69 CASA programs in the state of Texas serving over 22,000 children in the foster care system. Bluebonnet CASA is the local program of Texas CASA. Judge Hofmann was instrumental in the development of our local program. Bluebonnet CASA serves Mason, Menard, Kimble & McCulloch Counties. The Child Protection Court of the Hill Country has jurisdiction over all child abuse and neglect cases in twelve counties covering over 10,000 square miles in the Texas Hill Country.Hofmann, a seventh generation resident of Mason County, Texas, and is a graduate of Texas A&M University and Texas Tech University School of Law. He and his wife Shannon have a seven-year-old daughter and a three-year-old son.
