Fine Arts Association of the Hill Country Prepares for Dec 2 & 3 Art Show & Sale

The Hill Country is in store for an amazing opportunity December 2nd and 3rd when FAAHC presents their annual ART Show and Sale focusing on smaller works of art that are perfect for Christmas gift giving! The show is free and open to the public. Get there early to pick your favorite photography by Eldon Kothmann, Robin Clark, Willeda Rae, and Dorrett Townsend.There will be Ukrainian eggs by Susan Summers and etching by Dana Butler. Jewelry will be shown by Carolyn Copeland, Toni Hurlbut, and unique silver art metal by Nan Loeffler. Carol Kothmann will have her sought after pottery/ceramics.Outstanding paintings in oil, acrylic, pastels, charcoal, mixed media and watercolor, by award winning artists will be on display. Artists to look for are: Rosemary Davis, Al Dreyer, Anna Gillespie, Linda Granberry, Alan Hartt, Lola Hohn, Marcy Holmes-Wheeler, Sue Kaan, Jan Keller, Martha Kothmann, Samantha Little, Molly Mooney, Carolyn Nixon, Mary Orr, Martha Richardson, Minnie Schmidt, Cindy Spencer, Frances Taylor and Dorrett Townsend.New to the show will be art by area high school students which will be available for sale.The show will be held at the Eckert Civic Center on McKinley Street in Mason on Dec.2 from 6 PM to 8 PM and Dec.3 from 10 AM to 3 PM.Entries continue to come in leaving that delightful mystery of “what else?” will be there from the creative artists of FAAHC!
