FAAHC Brings Unique Shopping Opportunity to Mason for the Holidays

The Fine Arts Association of the Hill Country presents their Members’ Art Show & Sale for the Fall of 2011, perfectly timed for holiday shopping of unique gifts for most everyone on your list. Boasting a membership of artists numbering 54 this year, FAAHC will be showcasing our local artists’ recent works in a variety of media, including oils, acrylics, watercolor, drawing, collage, photography, ceramics, sculpture, fiber art, metal art and jewelry. For this Show, our diverse group of artists have been specifically working toward giving the community smaller and more affordable one-of-a-kind ART pieces to choose from, but that’s not to say you won’t be able to find the perfect wall-filling painting as well. New this year, in promoting and developing the Arts in our area, high school student art works will also be included for Show & Sale.The Eckert Civic Center, 1024 McKinley St., Mason, TX. is the place. Mark your calendar for Friday, Dec. 2, when the doors will open at 5:30 PM, and again, Saturday, Dec. 3, open from 10 AM until 3 PM. FREE admission for this event. FAAHC puts a lot of time and effort into preparing for your visit. Do plan to come see what some of your very talented friends and neighbors have produced. Come out of curiosity, come for the pleasure of window-shopping, and come because you are likely to find the perfect gift for that special person on your holiday list!
