Junior High Robotics Team Competes

The Mason Jr. High Robotics teams competed in the Area Robotics competition on Saturday, December 10. All four teams did an outstanding job and two teams placed in the top three. Jackson Chapman and Mikaela Crocker’s invention of a robot that can make a blueprint placed 1st and was chosen to compete at the State Robotics Competition on April 14. The group of Kendra Klaerner, Justyn Tedder, and Grant Sanders won 3rd place with their invention of a seeing -eye robot. They could be selected to go to state as the Wildcard pick. Congrats to all of the Robotics teams and best of luck!Other competitors were James Durst, Luke Gillespie, Nick Martin, Monaco Schmidt, Natalie Hoffman, Jacob Harris, and Tyler Pawvlik.
