The Mason Lions club met Tuesday, December 20th, for it’s regular weekly luncheon meeting. There were 29 members and 4 visitors in attendance.

Lion Brad Glass was responsible for the program and spoke about digital media and how to make good use of it to record and preserve pictures, music and videos of special occasions.

He said this was of special interest now that Christmas is upon us and the Punchers state championship. Brad gave some instructions and the names of some programs that could be used to accomplish this task.

The Lions Club will sponsor our Pancake Supper on Friday, January 13th at the Mason-Junction basketball games. More details later.

The club’s next meeting will be held next Tuesday, January 3rd, at noon at Zavala’s. The program will be the monthly business meeting.

The Mason Lion’s Club has an ongoing program to recycle used eyeglasses to people who need them. Used eyeglasses may be given to any Lion or left in collection boxes at any of the local banks. Also please contact any Mason Lion if you know of anyone in our community unable to afford appropriate eye care.
