National Honor Society Induction March 28th
Wednesday, March 21, 2012 • Posted March 21, 2012

There will be an National Honor Society Induction Ceremony Wednesday, March 28th at 5:30 p.m. in the high school auditorium. All parents and community members are invited to attend. The students at Mason High School who qualify for National Honor Society must have a cumulative grade point average of 93, demonstrate good character, strong work ethic, and leadership. They have worked extremely hard throughout their years of education, participating in various activities such as UIl, community service, and athletics. The National Honor society was founded in 1921 to recognize and encourage academic achievement. Membership in the organization is a privilege and an honor. Becoming an NHS member requires a large amount of strenuous work, and that’s just what Mason’s NHS program is looking for. We hold pride in our National Honor Society, and hope that pride will carry on into this upcoming group of inductees.
