A Health and Wellness Program Offered by the Wesley Nurse Health Ministries™The Wesley Nurse at First United Methodist Church invites you to take part in a free Lunch ‘N Learn program open to all citizens in the Mason area. The Snack Attack program is aimed at providing healthy snack options for diabetics. It will provide recipes for healthy, economical and easy to prepare snack foods. Participants will be able to watch live cooking demonstrations of recipes that will be distributed in class, and taste the prepared products.Kristy Powell, the County Extension Agent for Family and Consumer Services of Mason and Menard Counties, will be on hand to provide expert information.
