Rosemary Poole-Carter to Be Brown Bag Speaker at Library

Masonites are in for a treat on Friday, April 20. The M. Beven Eckert Memorial Library Board is hosting their Brown Bag lunch with Rosemary Poole-Carter as the speaker. Ms. Carter is author of three novels: Women of Magdalene, an historical suspense novel; What Remains, a mystery novel; and Juliette Ascending, a young adult novel. Her other works include Mossy Cape, a play for young audiences; and two dramas set in Louisiana, The Little Death and Inconvenient Women. Lunch begins at 11:00 A.M. Please come join us!
