Mason, Junction, Menard TRTA unit presented to Headstart children who received free books this year. The Texas Retired Teachers Association (trta) announced the launch of this year’s Children Book Project, a statewide effort to place books with children.“This is a fund undertaking and as lifelong educators, we love encouraging children to read,” said Mary Ann Woodward, Junction, president of the Tri-County unit.
