Annual Habitat for Humanity Spring Benefit Set for May 19th

The Annaul Mason County Habitat for Humanity Spring Benefit will be held Saturday May 19th at the beautiful home of Van and Willeda Rea, located off RR 1900 east of Art. This year’s event will celebrate the tenth year of MCHFH existence and the completion of the tenth Habitat home built in Mason.In addition to the usual gourmet foods and hand-selected varieties from some of Texas’ finest wineries, a tremendous line-up of auction items for the live and silent auction will be presented. Among the items this year will be an original Gene and Rebecca Tobey art piece, a two day trout fishing trip at one of Colorado’s best private trout streams, a Louisiana duck hunting trip, and private box seats for a San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo performance.Tickets are $50 each and can be purchased from any Habitat board member or at the Chamber office, Mason National Ban, Sandston Winery, or Mason Garden Market.For more information, call MCHFH at 325-347-9591.
