The baseball board is about to start a new project and we are looking for some volunteers. We applied for a grant to fix the broken bleachers at the youth baseball fields. It is important to the board we get this done for the safety of all our fans. We received the grant about two weeks ago and are ready to begin the project.

Next Sunday, April 29th, we will begin renovating the bleachers at the youth baseball fields. The plan is to remove all of the wooden seats and steps on the bleachers and replace them with seat purlin. This will require some equipment out at the fields that could possible cause harm to kids running around, so we are going to need to complete this project on Sunday afternoons.

Equipment that we will be needing are trailers, cutting torches, welders, airless spray painters, metal chop saws, and other items you feel would help cut and weld metal and rip off the wooden pieces.

We are requesting assistance from anyone willing to help out. The more hands we get the faster our project will be complete.

If you are interested in helping out on Sunday, April 29th, or any other Sundays you are available, please contact me so I can put you on a list to forward more information when we have it available.

If you have any of these items you are willing to bring that would be great. Just let me know what all you are willing to bring and do to help us out.

If you know of anyone else that is willing to help out, please forward this email to them.
