Pet Tip of The Week: Healthy, young dogs should receive at least 30 minutes to an hour of exercise daily. Break up the time and vary activities to keep your dog (and you!) interested.
Second Chance would like to thank our anonymous donor for offering to pay for the spaying of one of our recently adopted dogs, as well as another anonymous donor whose donation made it possible for us to spay one of our foster dogs. Thank you!
The goal of Second Chance is to have every dog and cat adopted through our organization be spayed or neutered prior to the adoption. This is the only way to win the battle against overpopulation. If anyone would like to make a donation to help us reach this goal please mail them to P.O. Box 755.
We are in need of the following supplies:
Dog Food / Puppy Chow
Flea & Tick Shampoo
Gently used collars, leashes, bowls, beds
The above items can be dropped off at the Chamber Office on the square.
Please check out our new Facebook page (SecondChanceMason). We will be listing all current animals available for adoption.
Our Pets of the Week are:
Peanut, a female Dachshund Mix. Peanut is approximately 1 year old and Sasha a female black and white kitten.
If you are interested in adopting or fostering either of these pets, or any of our others please contact Casey Clevenger at 347-4521.
