Capital Farm Credit Announces Board of Director Election Results

[Mason], Texas — Two incumbents and two new nominees were recently elected to the Capital Farm Credit Board of Directors. They include, Dan Henard- High Plains Region, Carl Sample- Coastal Bend Region, Ronnie Riddle- At-Large position #1 and Dr. Larry Boleman- At-Large position #8.

The Capital Farm Credit Board of Directors is made up of 19 stockholder-elected directors and 2 director-elected directors, each serving a four-year term. Capital’s Board members are the governing voice of the Association, acting to represent the best interests of the Association’s shareholders. Capital Farm Credit’s Board members regularly participate in director development programs and trainings in addition to attending scheduled board and committee meetings throughout the year.
