Mason 4-H To Host Pool Party
Wednesday, July 18, 2012 • Posted July 18, 2012

Mason 4-Hers will meet at the Extension office at 5 p.m. on Friday, July 20th to elect one set of officers to run our monthly 4-H meetings. If you can’t be there and would like to be an officer you must call the Extension office at 347-6459 to let us know and THEN you may have a friend nominate you at the meeting. If you will be there you don’t have to call in to run for an office, you can just show up! Since we will only have one set of officers, they will need to be Senior 4-H members.

4-H enrollment will be done at the first two meetings (don’t forget the $20 fee per child if they are 3rd grade and up). Please bring items for the dinner as follows: If your last name begins with A-E, please bring a 3 liter of soft drink per 4-H member. F-K cookies; J-P sandwiches; and R-Z chips and dip. 4-H will bring the paper goods and ice.

We have the pool rented from 6:30 till 8:30 p.m. Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, August 7th at Honey Creek Ranch, and 4-H will provide a hot dog cookout at that meeting and continue enrolling 4-Hers.

Hope to see all of our current 4-H member families and any who are interested in joining 4-H!
