Wednesday, August 1, 2012 • Posted August 1, 2012

Rebecca Tobey has donated a ceramic sculpture valued at $1900 to the Mason County Cancer Benefit. They are very thankful for Rebecca and her contribution that helps cancer patients in Mason County with their medical expenses, transportation to distant appointments and lodging during treatment. This is the second year that Rebecca has donated her beautiful statues and we are very blessed with this contribution.

Raffle tickets are $5.00 each or 5 for $20.00. The statue named “Keeper of the Night” will be on display at First State Bank throughout the remainder of the raffle. Tickets can be purchased at the local banks as well as Good To Go on the square.

During the August 3 First Friday Art Walk, a table will be set up to sell tickets behind Good To Go. The winning ticket will be selected during Art Walk in September.
