Wild Game Dinner!!

It is time for the Annual Mason Wild Game Dinner! The event will be held November 10th, 2012 at the Mason Community Building (Hwy 87) Gates open at 5:30 p.m. - the Meal will be served at 6:00 p.m. -Meal/Admission tickets are just $15.00 at the gate.

Advance tickets will be available at the Chamber office, Mason Feed Store and Mason National Bank starting October 15th for $12.00, with this advance purchase, your ticket will also be added to the prize drawing. There will be fun for the entire family, great food, many prizes, live music and chances to win top pick adult and youth rifles! Gun tickets are just $5.00 each, available October 3rd at all three locations! Also, Do not miss your chance to win a Polaris Ranger 500 crew and trailer - Raffle tickets are just $10.00 and the Polaris is on display at the Mason Feed Store and will be through Nov. 10th.

We are very proud to announce our 1st Annual Wild Game Cook off! There is not an entry fee and the prize is $100.00. All entries must be submitted to the Chamber office by October 31st. Please contact us and we will provide you with an entry form. There are several entries so far so you don’t want to miss this opportunity to WIN some cash!! Please prepare enough food to serve 50-100 people, bar-B-Q pits are allowed on the grounds near the Community Building, all fires need to be inside pits, no fire allowed near the ground. Judges will be local and some of our “Civic Award” winning Citizens!! We hope to see this a success and something we can continue on for years to come!

We are also giving our community the chance to show off your cooking skills in another aspect. We are looking for the best deserts in town. If you have a famous pie, cake, cookies or other desert that you want ALL of mason to try, please contact the office and we will get you set up with individual serving containers and labels for your desert display a the Wild Game Dinner! Please prepare enough to serve 20 people!
