We have had some calls from patrons having trouble logging into their online accounts and/or getting into Overdrive’s digital library. As you may remember, we migrated to new circulation software in August, and about the same time, we gave our website a shorter name www.masontexaslibrary.com. So, first, be sure you’re using the new web address; that is where in the middle of the home page, you will see a search box for the catalog. Under that, you’ll see “Log in to my Account.” Click that link, and a page will open where you actually log in with your card number and your phone number. If you still have trouble, call us—if the phone number you are using has changed or if your card has expired, you will not be able to get in. To get to Overdrive, you follow the same procedure for logging in, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Overdrive.” Hope this helps!
