Wednesday, October 17, 2012 • Posted October 17, 2012

The 1962 Class of Mason High School had their 50th reunion at the home of K K and George Brannies. The class, who graduated on May 25th 1962, opted for a fall celebration to avoid the heat and avoid the heat they did as the first really cold spell of the fall moved through with temperatures reaching into the lower 40’s that night. Never discouraging our able host and hostess they moved the seating into their garage for the meal and allowed 34 class members and spouses to share in their hospitality.

There were 58 in all attending while one was unable to stay until the meal. The class of 1962 is very grateful and beholden to this couple who shared their home and especially to The mule driver who picked up and returned people to their cars in the cold.
