Salvation Army in Mason
Wednesday, November 28, 2012 • Posted November 28, 2012

Just about everyone knows that this time of year the Salvation Army is out in full force ringing bells, greeting people with, “Merry Christmas,” and accepting donations to help those in need. What you may not know is that the Salvation Army has partnered with the Mason County Ministerial Alliance to ensure that money raised in Mason County stays in Mason County. One hundred percent of the money raised in kettle donations stays right here in Mason to help the people of Mason.

Through the partnership with the Ministerial Alliance, we are able to provide more comprehensive emergency assistance that goes beyond the financial capabilities of the Ministerial Alliance alone.

So, as you eat, shop and trade locally this holiday season, look for the Salvation Army’s kettle that will be set up in various locations throughout our busy little town. It shouldn’t be hard to find...there will be a person standing next to it ringing a bell. God bless you, and Merry Christmas from the Mason County Ministerial Alliance and the Salvation Army.
