Class of '43 Reunion

The class of 1943 held its 65th reunion on Saturday, October 11th at the Willow Creek Café. From a class of 41, 14 members are still living. Of those, nine attended the reunion.

Jack Lee served as Master of Ceremonies. Raymond Kimbriel gave the invocation and Sterling Jordan gave the memorial for those who had died since the last reunion in 1993. They were W.J. Poynor, Homer Geistweidt, Myrtle Eckert Geistweidt, Mary Alice Jordon Craig, Buck Harris, George Max Brandenberger, and Genevieve Loeffler Bruce.

After the meal the group reminisced and enjoyed visiting. Those present were: Dell Roy and Judy King from Kerrville, Raymond and Odessa Kimbriel, Doris and Oliver Grote, Jack and Laverne Lee, Elvie and Herbert Donop, Sterling Jordan, June Brandenberger and R.C. Zesch.
