Mason High School art students were honored with a reception on Wednesday, May 27th at the Coffee Mug ‘n More for the 5th Annual Lamplight Designs Art Competition. Family and friends were on hand to view 51 entries displaying a wide range of medium. First place winner was senior Raegan Stockbridge with her graphite drawing titled, “Nobody’s Girl,” second place went to freshman Kason Wood for his self portrait oil painting titled, “Epidemic”, third place was awarded to sophomore Ben Bjork for his ceramic piece titled, “King of the Sea.” Honorable Mention went to sophomore Ethan Hudson for his graphite drawing titled, “Little Brothers.”

First, second, and third places received $100, $50, and $25 respectively. The awards were presented by Deborah Hoffman, owner and marketing specialist for Lamplight Designs.
