If you have a hankering for some brisket, bleed purple and love football I have just the place for you. Thursday, August 20th 6:00 p.m., the Punchedome.

The Mason Punchers Varsity and Junior Varsity football teams will participate in their second pre-season controlled scrimmage against the Panthers of Blanco. The Junior Varsity will play first @ 6:00 p.m. with the Varsity to follow @ 7:00 p.m. The evening will wrap up by the Varsity and Junior Varsity players taking center stage, where each player will be formally introduced to the Mason faithful.

The Puncher Club will be serving brisket and all the trimmings at a cost of $5.00 a plate. With only eight days left till kick-off it’s time to rev that football engine. Come on out Thursday night and get your first glimpse of the the team that everybody is talking about.
