Bodey Lange, son of Cade and Samantha Lange of Tulia, Texas was awarded a Jeffery Scott belt buckle on Sunday, August 2, at the Professional Bull Rider event in San Antonio, Texas. Bodey made his dancing debut on Saturday, Aug. 1 at the first round of the bullriding. He won runner-up that night, but returned on Sunday to take the "Fan of the Night" buckle. Flint Rasmussen is the bull-fighting entertainer for the PBR. He randomly chooses people from the audience of thousands as a fan of the night. Bodey has an inept ability to dance, gifted in various types of dance moves. At 9 years old, he enjoys showing his talent anywhere and anytime. Mr. Rasmussen came up to the seat where Bodey was sitting and had him dance in the spotlight before the 10,000 plus crowd. He also appeared on national TV during the taping of the PBR event. Among family attending with Bodey, along with his parents was his sister, Taylor, grandparents Ben and Christy Walker of Melvin, Cayla, Joshua, Cohen and Chole Dye of Brady, Dan and Bredgitte Walker of Leander and D. J. Walker and Erika Besser of Bastrop. Bodey is also the grandson of Terry and Elaine Lange of Mason, Vicky Lindsey of Turkey and Scottie Starks of Quitaque. Great-grandmothers are Weasie Lange of Mason and Mary Henry of Nacogdoches.
