Llano—Democratic Gubernatorial Candidate Hank Gilbert will speak at a multi-county gathering of Democrats in Llano next week. Gilbert (D-Whitehouse) was the Democratic Party’s 2006 nominee for Texas Agriculture Commissioner. He received more votes than any other Democratic candidate on the ballot for an executive or legislative office. The event will be held Tuesday, November 24th at 6:30 p.m. at the Llano County Public Library (102 E. Haynie in Llano). The appearance will come on the same day Gilbert releases his K-12 Education Funding proposal, the seventh of his major policy releases. For more information, please visit www.HankGilbert.com
