Stephen Danford was born in Borger, TX, on January 21, 1968, and he came to Junction two years ago. Surviving are his two sons Nicholas of Orange City, Iowa, and Tyler of San Angelo, his parents Kenneth and Carolyn Danford of Mason, and older brother Ken Danford and wife Lindy of Bryan, and a sister Shawna Howard and husband Waylon of McLean, Texas.
Stephen was a heating and air-conditioning technician until a debilitating injury some years ago. Since then he spent his days fishing, the sport he dearly loved. He loved to fish with his dad and brother. He said the best time in his entire life was fishing last year with his uncle Tommy on the Somerville Lake. He caught more fish on that one trip than in his entire life. Stephen was dearly loved by all of his family and friends and will be truly missed.
