Thirty one players took part in this year’s golf tournament at Comanche Creek Golf Course on March 6th.

Teeing off at 1:30 under overcast conditions the temperature was just about perfect for golf. The winds stayed relatively calm for most of the tournament but picked up towards the end of the afternoon with just a bite to make sure you stayed covered. It was good to see old friends and to make new ones like the Martinez team that traveled in from Eldorado.

Competitors knew that the day of competition was not just for the prize money but to help the children of our community get a head start on not only their education but also their Christian education as well. Steady Steps would like to thank Comanche Creek Golf Course for hosting our fund raiser this year and we would also like to thank all the individuals who participated.
