Tomas Callejas was the lone Puncher to compete at the State Track Meet in Austin on May 14. He competed in both the 3200M and the 1600M events.

He ran well in both races and set a new school record in the process, finishing with a time of 10:07 in the 3200M. This bested the record of 10:10 held by Bobby Lumpkins for several years.

The coaching staff is very proud of Tomas for his hard work and dedication to his sport. He has earned every one of his accolades, and we look forward to an even better senior year.
