The Mason church of Christ welcomes Mark and Bretta Kirby and their son Thaddeus to Mason. Mark attended the Brown Trail School of Preaching in Bedford, Texas, and has more than 14 years experience as a gospel minister. He has worked with churches in Pelham, Alabama, Bellevue and Evant, Texas, and Keflavik, Iceland. Mark also has a son who is a gospel minister in Arkansas.

The congregation of the church of Christ is excited to have the Kirbys join the family in Mason, and looks forward to a long and enjoyable relationship with them. The community is cordially invited to come and hear Mark proclaim God’s word at any opportunity. Services are held every Sunday at the Mason church of Christ building at 400 San Antonio St. Bible classes for all ages begin at 9:30 a.m., and worship services begin at 10:20 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Wednesday evening services include bible classes for all ages at 7:00 p.m., followed by a congregational devotional.
