The members of the Llano County Prairie Mountain EEA visited Mason last Wednesday to view the Mason Square Museum, and to view the display about the Rev. C. A. Grote, early Methodist circuit rider. Don Daniels arranged to have the musem open for them, and for docents to be on hand to assist them during their tour. Wibby Shearer and Esther Lehmann gave informative talks to the group, and Shirley Beth Grote Lyles gave them additional information about the Rev. Grote. The three ladies on the back row-left to right are: Kathy Keese, Ethel Schneider and Dolores Klussmann. The ladies standing in front-left to right are: Esther Lehmann, Louise Friedrich, Inell Franks, Irene Merz, Pam Durst and Shirley Beth Grote Lyles.
